Each office account includes a monthly platform fee with pricing discounts on minimum monthly sketch commitments in the Sketch 10 and Sketch 20 plans. Our monthly platform fee covers the service, online training/support, as well as unlimited archival of tours and sketches.

Each tour has a creation fee, which varies between $5-$7 depending on your plan. Each additional sketch credit beyond the minimum sketch commitment included in each plan starts at $45 per 2500 sq ft with ESX delivery included, and can be delivered in 24 hours or less.
