What’s Next?
Welcome to the DocuSketch platform! We want to ensure that your experience with our platform is as smooth as possible. The following steps will help you get started. If you have any questions, please shoot us an email at help@docusketch.com.
1. Login
You should have received your login information via email. Make sure you are able to access your account by going to app.docusketch.com and use your login credentials. If you encounter any difficulty, email help@docusketch.com and we will get it corrected as quickly as possible.
2. Branding
Send your company logo to help@docusketch.com so we can make sure the branding on your tours is finished properly. It is preferable that the logo be a transparent PNG if available.
3. Equipment
Before you begin to use the DocuSketch platform, you will need to order your Camera Starter Kit. You may have already done this when you set up your account. You may order more camera kits from the DocuSketch desktop dashboard.
4. Online Training
We have built an online learning system to help you fully understand how our platform is designed to work. You can start your online training journey here: DocuSketch Training
